Positive: Unfortunately, the most significant issues were not with the apartment itself, but with the inaccurate property description and the almost complete lack of communication from the host. If having an elevator is important to you, I would strongly advise against booking this apartment. There is no elevator in the building, and the only way to reach your floor is via a narrow spiral staircase. This is essential information for guests with reduced mobility, those recovering from surgery or medical treatment, elderly travellers, as well as anyone travelling with heavy luggage. To my surprise, this important detail is not clearly disclosed anywhere in the property description. If you plan to wash, dry, or iron your clothes during your stay, you should also be aware that several amenities advertised on Booking.com were, in fact, unavailable. The apartment did not have an iron, ironing facilities, a clothes drying rack, or even clothes hangers. I would also like to comment on the communication with the host. I politely explained the issues I had encountered and simply asked for an iron and an ironing board—a request that could have been resolved within minutes. However, throughout my entire six-day stay, I did not receive a single reply or any attempt to assist. I also contacted Booking.com Customer Service, yet even after that, the host never responded during my stay. I genuinely struggle to understand why such a simple issue could not have been resolved. The check-in process was also far less straightforward than expected. The code I received for the key box was incorrect, which created unnecessary complications and avoidable stress immediately upon my arrival. If your apartment faces the street, be aware that one of the city's main traffic arteries runs directly outside. The windows provide very little sound insulation, so traffic noise is clearly audible, particularly at night or if you are a light sleeper. Negative: ⬆️

Positive: Je to veľmi blízko vlakovej stanice. Takže je to blízko aj do centra a všetky spoje su hneď po ruke. Bála som sa, že tam bude veľký hluk z cesty, ale vôbec. Naša izba bola do záhradky. Bola pekná, veľká, čistá, dobre vybavená. Pri príchode som potrebovala pomôcť s kódom od dverí, čo sme po telefóne vyriešili za minútu. :-) Negative: Jedine mínus bol smrad z odtoku v sprche .. je dosť možné že to mohlo byť spôsobené silným dažďom.

Positive: A great apartment that had all the amenities you need whilst on holiday. The room was very quiet so we had a great sleep. Everything looked like new and was very clean. The old town was a 15min walk from the apartment. The bus to the airport a 5min walk.

Positive: Ήταν καθαρό σε καλή τοποθεσία με καλή συγκοινωνία κοντά. Negative: Μας έλειψε μία καφετιέρα, πετσέτες προσώπου.
