Negative: Wir hatten die Unterkunft kurzfristig gebucht, da wir auf der Durchreise waren und in der Nacht eine kurze Pause einlegen wollten. Unsere Ankunftszeit zwischen 3:00 und 4:00 Uhr morgens wurde uns ausdrücklich bestätigt. Den Online-Check-in hatte ich bereits durchgeführt. Allerdings erhielt ich anschließend keine weitere E-Mail mit eindeutigen Anweisungen zum Check-in. Insbesondere war für uns nicht klar ersichtlich, welche Apartmentnummer wir hatten. Bei unserer Ankunft habe ich dem Vermieter geschrieben und ihn zweimal telefonisch kontaktiert. Leider erhielt ich keinerlei Rückmeldung. Da wir mitten in der Nacht mit unserer vierjährigen Tochter angekommen waren, habe ich schließlich jede einzelne Fußmatte umgedreht. Der Schlüssel war jedoch nicht dort. Letztendlich mussten wir ohne die gebuchte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit wieder weiterfahren. Unsere vierjährige Tochter war dadurch natürlich ebenfalls wieder wach, und die dringend benötigte Pause auf unserer langen Fahrt war nicht möglich. Besonders ärgerlich finde ich, dass der Vermieter im Nachhinein behauptet, der Schlüssel sei vor Ort gewesen. Das entspricht nicht der Wahrheit. Wir haben trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche und intensiver Suche keinen Schlüssel vorgefunden und konnten die Unterkunft deshalb nicht nutzen. Ich finde es daher absolut nicht nachvollziehbar, dass der Vermieter den bereits bezahlten Preis nicht erstatten möchte. Die Unterkunft konnte aufgrund des fehlenden Schlüssels und unzureichenden Check-in-Informationen und der Nichterreichbarkeit des Vermieters von uns nicht genutzt werden.

Il costo basso per giornata lo rende un ottimo appartamento per una sosta breve (3 giorni al massimo Positive: L'appartamento è piccolo, pulito e in ottima posizione (ad 1 km dalla città vecchia, forse anche meno), la zona è silenziosa, quindi si sta bene. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è sufficiente. Voto: 6 Negative: Un po' macchinoso l'accesso al portone. Comunicare con l'host non è sempre facile. C'è la cucina, ma manca la tovaglia, manca il caffè o il te, è tutto vuoto. Il letto matrimoniale è scomodo, il divano letto richiesto (e pagato) non l'abbiamo trovato. Il Wi-fi prende solo nella zona principale dell'appartamento, ma nella camera da letto non funziona. Non c'è possibilità di pilotare 1 o più luci della stanza direttamente dal letto. Se vuoi alzarti di notte, devi camminare nel buio pesto fino alla porta (dove ci sono gli interruttori). Il WC è minuscolo, per fortuna il vano doccia (in un altro bagno) è enorme e quindi confortevole. L'appartamento è al piano interrato, quindi il balcone in realtà è un cortile (non troppo pulito).

Very good Positive: We were 2 girls and felt like the location was very safe. Close to freedom park, Macinezy cat cafe and ice cream. Negative: Only half of the bed was made however when contacted, the staff were prompt to provide us with the necessary materials. The door is quite tricky to open and you pull it towards yourself. Some more cooking equipment would have been helpful. There was miscommunication between staff about our late check out.

Positive: Stan wizualny mieszkania które w 100% odpowiada zdjęciom na booking, wystrój mieszkania, wygodne łóżka. Negative: Brak bezprzewodowego wifi.

Odpowiedni na krótki pobyt, ale... Positive: Udogodnienia typowe dla mieszkania, taras z ogólnodostępnym ogrodem, bliskość dworca kolejowego i przystanku autobusowego na lotnisko, ale... Negative: Czystość pozostawiała wiele do życzenia - brudny prysznic, postrzępione ręczniki różnego rodzaju, kosmetyki innych gości pozostawione w szafkach, a nawet kapcie, zdekompletowane naczynia i brak kieliszków. Brak instrukcji używania wi-fi (hasło dostałem dopiero kilka godzin po wysłaniu wiadomości). W ogóle kontakt zdalny z obsługą to ruletka, raz odbiorą telefon, raz nie, raz odpiszą na wiadomość w ciągu dnia, raz nie. Ktoś ze strony operatora apartamentów powinien się przyjrzeć standardom.

Positive: Lokalizacja doskonała, 7 minut od dworca. Negative: Brak informacji że mieszkanie tak naprawdę znajduje się w piwnicy, okna z sypialni typowo piwniczne i są osadzone kilka centymetrów powyżej chodnika. Salon posiada balkon poniżej poziomu, niestety był nie sprzątnięty (patrząc na ilość liści raczej od długiego czasu) zatem nie było możliwości wyjścia. Kapcie dostępne w obiekcie wyglądają na często używane i nie wydawały się być kiedykolwiek prane, zatem nie polecam zakładać. Słaba wentylacja, szczególnie w łazience, ręczniki wydawały się nieświeże, lekko śmierdziały. Po opłaceniu wcześniejszego zakwaterowania i określeniu godziny porannej nie było żadnego odzewu ze strony właściciela. Na miejscu po korespondencji sms otrzymałam informację że nie ma możliwości wcześniejszego zakwaterowania, Pan był mocno zdziwiony że w ogóle taką opcję wybrałam, po przesłaniu screen rezerwacji i dokonanej opłaty (2 dni wcześniej to nastąpiło), odpisał że to wina AI i że zwróci pieniądze, co wydawało się być żartem. Kasy nie zwrócił ale w sumie udało się wyrwać informację, który to pokój i po 11stej się zakwaterowaliśmy. Szczytem bezczelności był telefon kolejnego dnia z pytaniem czy opuściliśmy lokal, mimo że rezerwacja obejmowała kolejną dobę. Najwidoczniej Pan nie ogarnął kto, gdzie i do kiedy ma rezerwacje.

Positive: La casa è accogliente Negative: Non abbiamo trovato le lenzuola in uno dei 2 appartamenti e siamo riusciti a parlare con un operatore alle 19 dalle 14 che inviavamo messaggi e chiamavamo. Abbiamo comprato le lenzuola.. dopo le 19.30 ci hanno mandato un messaggio che avevano portato le lenzuola... Erano sporche e bucate. Mi dispiace gli appartamenti sono belli ma non abbiamo avuto assistenza... Passare tutte quelle ore al telefono per parlare con qualcuno non è bello

Negative: Не сподобалось те, що не було вказано номер квартири і дуже довго чекали в підʼїзді не могли зрозуміти куди йти з дитиною і чемоданами, чекали повідомлень від персоналу з номером квартири.

Positive: El apartamento es funcional y bonito. Negative: Nuestra estancia era de dos noches y la primera nos encontramos varios bichos muertos y uno vivo en la cama, sospechamos que podrían ser chinches de cama, los vimos con la lupa del móvil y tenían todo el aspecto. Nos negamos a dormir ahí, pero hasta el día siguiente (casi a la hora de dormir) no pudieron reubicarnos. Viajamos con un bebé y tuvimos que dormir dos adultos y un bebé en un sofá de dos plazas nada cómodo para pasar la noche. La segunda noche, después de mucho insistir, el propietario nos reubicó en otro apartamento del mismo edificio. Este problema hizo que nuestro viaje se viera afectado, no pudimos descansar correctamente y tampoco hemos sido recompensados de ninguna manera por las molestias.

Ho prenotato per 9 ospiti, c'erano letti solo per 8 e due erano una brandina rotta e un divano che non era un letto. In un appartamento c'erano formiche. Asciugamani insufficienti, sapone per doccia non presente.

Great wifi, Smart Tv, but not well supplied kitchen Positive: All the floors are heated. It was a comfortable quiet accommodation for a few nights with great Wifi. It had a washer but no drying rack. Negative: I had to reach out to get the Wi-Fi as it was never given to me. When I arrived there was very little soap for the washing machine and no soap for the dishwasher. When I messaged I was told they did not supply those. I then later noticed there was also no washing soap body soap. When I messaged they did send some down and also some dishwashing soap. The kitchen is a nice kitchen but it's missing a lot of basic items if you want to cook. There is no toaster and no microwave and very few utensils but plenty of bowls and cups and plates. It does need some deep cleaning, under the bed was garbage.

Gut gelegene moderne Wohnung aber noch verrbessungswürdig Positive: Die Lage war sehr gut sowie die moderne Ausstattung. Das Einchecken war unkompliziert. Bei Rückfragen wurde in der Regel schnell reagiert. Handtücher haben frisch gerochen und die Bäder wie Küche waren sauber. Negative: Die Ausstattung der Wohnungen ist verbessungswürdig da Besteck und Gläser fehlten wenn man zu 4 eine Wohnung bucht. Darüber hinaus wurde eine Wohnung für 3 gebucht das ausziehbare Sofa war nicht ausziehbar und auf Nachfrage gab es auch keine Zustellbett. Die Bettwäsche hat teilweise muffig gerochen. Die Wohnungen waren grundsätzlich sauber wenn man nicht auf den Boden schaut. Die Wände könnte man teilweise neu streichen und ein Fenster hatte ein Riss im Glas (Fenster war im Aufenthalt aber dicht). Bei der Rückgabe der Schlüssel war es etwas umständlich bei der Rückgabe im Hostel wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Erst sind wir dort hingefahren und am Telefon hieß lasst den Schlüssel unter der Matte obwohl ich vor dem Hotel stand. Erst in einem Rückruf ist der Herr dann heruntergekommen, da waren wir wieder auf halbem Weg zurück. Ärgerlich wenn man unter Zeitdruck ist.

Positive: Ubytovanie veľmi pekné, tiché s peknou terasou a možnosťou výjsť si do malej záhrady.. Negative: NEDODANIE FAKTÚRY!!! Po pár dňoch sme mali problém s internetom a žiaľ ani za 4 dni neboli schopný ho opraviť!!! Odpovede z manažmentu že prídu zajtra, neprišli a na ďalší deň znova, že prídu zajtra- samozrejme nikto sa nedostavil. Taktiež slabá organizácia čo sa týka posielania správ pred príchodom, nevedeli sme ani presné číslo bytu a poschodie. Chýbal nám odpadkový kôš vo WC. Gauč a koberec mohol byť lepšie vyčistený.

Positive: The apartment was beautiful. Negative: I was sent a wrong apartment number in the booking app so I had to wait for for an hour and a half in front of the building to wait for somebody to come at solve the issue.

Apartamento bonito pero con una cocina incompleta. Positive: El apartamento es bonito y bastante nuevo y se ajusta a las fotos. Negative: Todavía estoy esperando que me den el número de apartamento. Solo me dieron el numero de clave para entrar en la portería y me dijeron que la llave estaba debajo de la alfombra. Tuve que levantar tres alfombras hasta encontrarla. Al llegar frio, mucho frio ya que la temperatura estaba a 17 grados. Intentamos subirla a 21 grados y debía estar bloqueada porque volvía a los 17 grados. En la cama también frio porque el nórdico era de primavera y ninguna manta en el armario. La cocina muy bonita pero prácticamente sin nada para que no cocines. Ni tostadora, ni cafetera, solo 4 platos, 2 cuchillos, 2 tenedores, 2 cucharas y poco más. Ni siquiera un trapo para secarte las manos.

Slušné ubytovanie vhodné na krátky pobyt Positive: Lokalita super, vybavenie postačujúce, novo zariadený apartmán, celkom priestranný Negative: Trochu nám chýbali väčšie poháre, čaj sme museli variť na dvakrát. Celkovo - vybavenie kuchynky celkom skromné (taniere, nádoby, poháre...) Televízor pekný a veľký, no pozerať sa dali iba programy cez Youtube - žiaden slovenský. Poradili nám (v správe) naladiť si ich cez internet :-) Jednoduchšia a najmä rýchlejšia by bola telefonická komunikácia, no majitelia nedvíhali, uprednostnili vypisovanie správ...

Cómodo y moderno Positive: El piso era muy amplio y todo estaba impecable. Teníamos una terraza que no la pudimos utilizar porque hacía frío, pero en otra época es un gran espacio. Todo excelente, buena comunicación también. Negative: Todo estaba genial. Las almohadas eran un poco incómodas solamente.

Negative: A konyha felszereltsége hiányos. Konyhakendő vagy papírtörlő nagyon hiányzott.

Positive: Proprietatea a fost confortabila, cu toate utilitatile necesare. Negative: Singurul minus pe care l-am observat in legatura cu proprietatea este ca a fost praf pe jos si am avut nevoie sa folosim papuci de casa. Pe de alta parte, comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost extrem de dezamagitoare. Nu am primit numarul apartamentului in ziua de check in, de aceea am fost nevoiti sa ne plimbam in frig, prin oras, pana cand sa primim mai multe detalii pentru cazare. Cand nu le-am primit, nici macar la ora 18, am solicitat numarul apartamentului si am mers catre cladire. Mi se spunea incontinuu ca vor verifica si vor reveni cu numarul, asa ca am ajuns sa stam pe scarile blocului, asteptand detalii.

Positive: Poziționarea fata de gara Patul confortabil Negative: Prosoape putine( doar 2 prosoape mari si unul de picioare), nu au existat prosoape de mâini, săpunul din baia mică era gol, balconul era murdar.

basic accommondation Positive: quiet and warm house Negative: the equipment was very basic, only one double bed and not plus one single as it was written, eventhough the sofa was not Even single bed it was too small. the location was not exactly i the center as its written it was Åround 1.5 kl away from the old time so we needed every time uber to go and come back as am pregnant and I could walk that much. the bed dis have sheets only one single so we slept without just the matress and its cover. to be honest i have stayed in better places with the same amount of money. not bad but as i said before very basic for its value.

This property in general is recomended from me Positive: Perfect location Negative: The problem is the television in the property. The television channels should be automatically provided and easily searchable. It is non sense that every customer has to log in to either SkylinkTV or YouTube and spend a lot of time or not be able to log in at all. If the owner claims to provide luxurious and comfortable accommodation, watching television channels automatically should be a matter of course.

Goede plek, slechte communicatie Positive: De grootte van het appartement en de voorzieningen binnen het appartement Negative: Communicatie ging verkeerd. Kreeg de verkeerde toegsngscode en kamernummer, waardoor ik bij aankomst letterlijk voor een dichte deur stond. Ook was er niemand telefonisch bereiobaar. Ik moest tweemaal langs bij het nabijgelegen hostel om hulp te krijgen. Je zou maar geen toegang tot internet hebben op zo'n moment en dus niet weten wat je moet doen

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Positive: Very modern and clean. Felt really new and well maintained. Walking distance to the old town. Very quiet. Liked the outside space too. Shower was really good and bed very comfortable. Host was very approachable. Negative: Everything was good. Only had one small issue but that was responded to immediately by the host.

Mindenképp ajánlani tudom Positive: Közel a vonathoz es a központhoz. Gyalog egy nap alatt mindent be tudtunk járni. Nagyon szép tiszta kényelmes szállás, minden felszerelés meg van . Negative: Nincs olyan ami nem tetszett volna

Positive: Lokalita dobrá. Blízko vlakového nádraží. Negative: Byli jsme moc spokojeni – ubytování bylo čisté, příjemné a celkově jsme se cítili velmi dobře. Jediná věc, která nás trochu zaskočila, byla skutečnost, že jsme objednávali pokoj pro tři dospělé osoby. V popisu bylo uvedeno „ložnice, 2 postele“, ale na místě byla pouze jedna manželská postel, gauč, který bohužel nebyl rozkládací. Chyběla zde další plnohodnotná postel či rozkládací gauč. Navíc nebyl připravený povlečený polštář a peřina pro třetí osobu.

Kocourkovi Positive: Nádherný apartmán, v klidné lokalitě s krásnou zahrádkou ♥️🌸🪷Našli jsme zde spoustu inspirací pro rekonstrukci vlastního bytu 🤩 Negative: Přijeli jsme na rychlo a museli jsme čekat na úklid, ale to chápeme, nebyl problém v krásné zahrádce si posečkat.💚 Nefungovalo připojení na televizi, a bodlo by i vybavení (nádobí) do kuchyně. Kuchyň je nádherná, a je škoda si v ní skoro nic neuvařit.🫣 Pokoušeli jsme se umýt nádobí v myčce a bohužel nešel uzavřít poklop na tabletu,ale to bylo nejspíš rukama 😅 Na poslední chvíli jsme byli přestěhování z apartmánu 1 do 2 a chybělo posezení na terase 😬

Positive: pobyt hodnotím naozaj veľmi pozitívne, priestranný, príjemný, dobre vybavený byt (dokonca aj žehličku na oblečenie som tu našla!!) s dobrou dostupnosťou do centra, komunikáciu s majiteľom absolútne bezproblémová :) veľmi sa mi páčila teraska s výhľadom na záhradku, aj napriek tomu, že je byt je kúsok od hlavnej stanice je tam kľud a ani neviete že ste v Bratislave o pár mesiacov plánujem ďalšiu návštevu a do bytu sa určite rada vrátim, z mojej strany 100% spokojnosť Negative: jedine čo môžem vytknúť je že po 2 dňoch mi prestala fungovať WIFI, ale to je to najmenej :)

Prima voor kort verblijf dicht bij station. Positive: Television. Bed. Negative: Geen tablet voor afwasmachine.

Positive: Apartmán ma veľmi milo prekvapil – je moderný, čistý, vkusne zariadený a cítil som sa v ňom naozaj príjemne. Všetko bolo pripravené s dôrazom na detail a pohodlie hostí. Posteľ bola pohodlná, priestor svetlý a útulný. Veľkým plusom bola terasa s výhľadom do záhrady – ideálne miesto na oddych. Lokalita je výborná – tichá ulica len pár minút od Hlavnej stanice. Komunikácia s ubytovateľom bola rýchla, milá a bezproblémová. S pobytom som bol veľmi spokojný a určite by som sa sem rád vrátil. Odporúčam!

Router in a different apartment TV didnt work as it needed wifi and couldnt connect The kitchen was very modern but didnt have many items in the drawers to make it usable for a multi-day stay No coffee machine (only a kettle) Cleanliness could be better

On the first night we haven’t bad WIFI, next day a girl came turned on some other router but it’s still was very bad and barely useable. neighbors were making some construction work next to us which was very awful to wake up from, if I would be aware of that (not mentioned on booking) i wouldn’t book it. At the “garden” there was nothing, not even the table they have on the pictures. Some equipment were missing, they did brought us an iron the next day but without an iron board 🤷🏼‍♂️ go figure… plus some of the dishes were dirty and everything else was probably the cheapest they could get even shower gel looked and smelled like a dishwashing soap. For the price they charge they should provide way better service

Negative: Even after multiple complaints, I did not receive the Invoice yet (after 2 weeks), despite sweet promises and assurances that everything would be taken care of. The room is in the basement.

Positive: Todo muy bien, limpio, moderno y nuevo el depto, espacioso. Negative: Nada, todo bien.

Positive: Krasne zariadeny byt, dostatok miesta a pohodlia. Ustretovy majitel - po dohode povolil neskorsi check-out, co mi v danej chvili velmi pomohlo. Negative: Byt je v uplnom suterene, co by mohlo niekoho prekvapit. Hodila by sa mikrovlnka. Pre mna osobne kuchyna nebola upratana podla mojich predstav, ale to som si uz urobila sama, aby som sa tam citila dobre. Chybala TV a fen. Pri pouzivani urcitych zasuviek vyhadzovalo poistky.
