公寓我住着很满意。 Positive: 距火车站很近，走路几分钟，火车站公交车四通八达，去哪都方便。只是要走一段楼梯，我们不喜欢。出门两百步，就是44路车，去城堡有站，三百步是40路车站，去多瑙河畔。房子很新，很宽敞，厨房用着很方便，客厅卧室也都很舒适，还有床头灯。房东给准备了面包。公寓有个电梯，但在半层楼，我们用不上，还是得爬楼梯。 Negative: 本以为有电梯，但实际上还得爬楼梯，这对于我们上年纪人来说，有些困难。

Przeciętnie Positive: Dość nowocześnie urządzony apartament i dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Wygodne łóżko, duży tv, przestronnie. Negative: Dziwny kontakt z obiektem. Prośba o łóżeczko dla dziecka nie została spełniona, po dopytaniu co się wydarzyło najpierw info że łóżeczko nie jest dostępne, następnie że nie dostali prośby, potem że zweryfikują. Jednak w tej sprawie już się nie odezwali, za to automat wysyła zapytanie czy wszystko ok z pobytem i czy mogą jakoś pomóc - frustrujące. Akurat byliśmy w upały i nie ma klimy - tego się spodziewaliśmy ale warto na to zwrócić uwagę. W łazience przydałaby się szmatką albo ręcznik do wyjścia z prysznica bo robi się tam mała powódź a dostaliśmy tylko dwa duże ręczniki. No i płyny, żele widać że to wszystko zorganizowane aby było cokolwiek. Brudna kanapa.

Positive: We had a great stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our visit. The check-in process was very smooth. The instructions were clear, and it was easy to find the building and access the apartment without any issues. The location is excellent. Many of Bratislava’s main attractions, cafés, and restaurants are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The main railway station is also nearby, which is very convenient if you plan to continue your journey to another city. The apartment is located in a quiet area, so it was easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Communication was easy, and everything matched the description. A special tip for future visitors: if you are planning a day trip to Vienna, consider taking the Twin City Liner. It is a unique and enjoyable way to travel between the two capitals. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers visiting Bratislava.

Pagato più del dovuto, nessun rimborso Positive: Appartamenti grandi e moderni. Negative: Scarsa comunicazione. Ho prenotato per 9 ospiti, c'erano letti solo per 8 e due erano una brandina rotta e un divano che non era un letto. In un appartamento c'erano formiche. Asciugamani insufficienti, sapone per doccia non presente.

Positive: Easy check in and out. Close to the railway station and city centre. Nice and modern flat, no noise from the outside. Good contact with the owner. Very comfy bed, the apartment is actually bigger than it seems on the pictures. It is equipped with anything you may need: a washing machine, dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a hair dryer, pretty much everything. I would surely recommend for both short and long stay Negative: All was absolutely fine

Positive: The apartment is spacious, perfectly organised, clean and beautiful. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of space to store your things. The location, though not exactly central, is convenient because it is close to the main train station. All in all, we had a great stay. Negative: While it wasn't an issue for us, we did find it a little unusual that only wine glasses were provided and none of the regular kind, given that everything else was more than fine.

Positive: V podstate jediné pozitívum tohto ubytovania bola lokalita a komunikácia s personálom( i keď na niektoré informácie sme čakali a niektorýcg sa dožadovali) Negative: Naozaj nerada píšem negatívne hodnotenie a nerobím to ani často a teda len v prípade ak negatíva prevážia pozitíva, čo bolo v tomto prípade. Ubytovanie bolo v celku nové, čo je fajn ale prosím vás kontrolujte si upratovanie, apartmán bol nie nejlepšie uprataný, navyše chýbali základné veci ako mydlo na ruky, jar, kuchynské utierky, dve osušky a jeden uterák je naozaj málo, jeden hrnček, summa summarum veľmi slabé základné vybavenie bytu. Špinavé handry po upratovaní v kúpeľni, v skriniach, použité prostriedky po ubytovaných hosťoch, celkovo čistota a vybavenie bolo asi to najhoršie čo nám prekážalo.

Positive: Gute Lage in praktischer Fußreichweite (5 min.) zum Bahnhof/Busbahnhof, zentral aber nicht zu laut. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern mit (fast) allen Annehmlichkeiten, voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Geräten etc. Negative: Die Wohnung war leider noch nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit vorbereitet, obwohl für den early checkin extra bezahlt wurde. Da die Reinigungskraft zu spät kam, entstand eine Stunde Wartezeit. Hier war die Kommunikation/Abstimmung nicht ganz reibungslos. Daher gibt es hierfür einen Punkt-Abzug. Alles anderes hat sehr gut geklappt.

Positive: Местоположението е много удобно. Изключително близко до централната гара и на пешеходно разстояние от центъра, замъка и всички останали забележителности. Спокоен и добре уреден район. Много лесна комуникация с домакина. Самият апартамент е добре обзаведен и оборудван. Има всичко необходимо за приятен престой.

Positive: The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. The bed is big. The balcony overlooks the inner yard. It's located close to the main railway station. Negative: It's 25min walk to the city centre. Basic kitchen utensils are missing, like knives, small spoons, glasses, drainer for pasta etc. The jars for sugar, coffee etc. were empty. Some pots in the kitchen cupboard were dirty. When we arrived the apartment was not yet cleaned, so we needed to wait. There was no apology from the host side regarding that. When trying to communicate with the host through Booking messages for two days the AI was answering, and on the last evening we finaly got a reply by the owner, which was not helpful and was rude ("how many knives do you need to be happy??"). I would definitely not stay here again.

Szuper szállás,apró hiányosságok. Positive: Nagyon szép a lakás. Nagyon kényelmes az ágy. Jó környéken van a szállás. Negative: Az ágynemű anyaga nagyon rossz és nincs kávéfőző. Kevés az evőeszköz és a fürdőszobába kellene szőnyeg a padlóra.

Lovely apartment that needs some TLC Positive: The apartment was beautiful and modern. The bed was large and comfortable had it not been for the polyester duvet covers and lumpy pillows. Negative: We had requested an early check which was acknowledged by instructions on where the key would be left. It wasn't there and we had to wait until the cleaner came and quickly cleaned the apartment. The apartment was missing key necessities eg. at least two sets of cutlery (only one knife), no tea towels, no oven glove. Both door handled were broken and came off in your hand. My husband fixed the patio door but the front door needed an Allen key that we don't travel with. The duvet covers were polyester and caused a 'storm of static' - horrible. The owners need to pay proper attention to these matters as it is truly a lovely apartment.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. There’s also a lovely café and a market nearby, which added to the convenience. Negative: The apartment requires some maintenance. The handles on both the front door and the balcony door are loose and come off when used. The toilet paper holder is also very unstable. Despite the cleaning fee, the kitchen was not properly cleaned - several items, such as the mugs and the grater, still had food residue on them and were placed back in the cupboard in that condition. The fridge was also dirty. Additionally, there are barely any water glasses available, only wine glasses, and the cutlery set is incomplete and should be restocked. These issues were reported, but unfortunately, no action was taken to address them during my stay.

superb appartment in quiet location Positive: lovely appartment in quiet location near the station and 20 mins Walk to Old Town. Everything was clean and new. Washing machine was very welcome, together with the nice kitchenette. Access was easy with clear instructions. Negative: Nothing. There were a couple of loose door handles that need fixing and no shower mat, but these are minor points.

Positive: Naozaj nádherný apartmán, ktorý plne zodpovedal fotografiám. Všetko bolo úplne nové a zladané. Vynikajúca čistota a pripravenosť. Zo všetkých mojich ubytovaní ktoré som si rezervoval cez Booking, bol tento apartmán skutočne najlepší a za výbornú cenu. Ako bonus naozaj dobrá lokalita v rámci Bratislavy. Takéto ubytovanie robí naozaj dobré meno hlavnému mestu. Odporúčam. :-)

Fantastic, Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable Stay in a Great Location Positive: Host was very helpful, and readily available by text / SMS. Location was great, just a few blocks from the train station, and very close to the theater where we had a concert evening planned. 20 min. walk to downtown too, so we could check out the Christmas Market the next day. Apartment was very well equipped: large, comfy beds with extra blankets in the wardrobe. Clean, modern bathroom with lots of towels. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need, good lighting and a nice view. Terrific balcony, living area, etc. We really enjoyed our stay very much. Negative: We were instructed to get they keys with a code, from a lockbox, attached to the stairway railing outside the front door of the flat. However, there was no lockbox, and we had no idea what to do. Thankfully, we were able to locate the keys just on a fluke, buy digging all around the general location in the hallway! ....but I feel these instructions should be far more precise, as once can imagine it was very stressful to arrive and have no keys.
