Overall pleasant stay. The location is excellent! Positive: Location and studio layout. The owner of the flat kindly allowed early check in. Negative: The check-in instructions could be clearer. Currently, the entrance is described as being at the Eurovea shopping center, but the actual flat entrance is located outside the shopping center, not inside it. A more accurate and helpful landmark would be the PRIMI Restaurant—the entrance is right next to it. I’d suggest updating the instructions to lead guests directly to PRIMI, as that’s far easier to spot and avoids confusion. I spent almost an hour looking for the PRIMI restaurant inside the shopping centre without success….. Additional minor points for improvement: · The shower head holder is loose and needs to be secured or replaced. · One of the towels provided appeared not to have been properly washed (unpleasant smell/stain). These are small fixes, but they would make a noticeable difference in guest comfort and overall presentation.

Positive: La ubicación, se llega rápido desde el aeropuerto y con un precio muy económico con UBER 6.90 euros. Te dejan delante del centro comercial y si lo cruzas por dentro al otro lado nada más salir tienes el apartamento, en una del restaurante Prima. Zona de ocio de la ciudad, si sigues el cauce del río llegas al centro de la ciudad, castillo y puente del OVNI Negative: El llegar al piso y tener que llamar a un teléfono del extranjero para que te abran la puerta, nosotros al final mandamos un WhatsApp pero menos mal que nos abrió un vecino porque hacía un calor infernal y nadie contestaba. El apartamento tiene placas de inducción que deberían tener el cazo para dicha placa y no uno normal ya que nos volvimos locos buscando porque no funcionaba

Great location Positive: Great location, great value Negative: Wasn't the cleanest, only one towel for two people

Negative: Veľká škoda, že na tak krásnom mieste sa šetrí na madracoch (nepohodlné, staré, nekvalitné prestieranie), upatrovaní (špinavý gauč, neupratané) a pohodlí hostí (nefunkčná TV, žiadne príbory, najlacnejší šampón, málo toaletného papiera). Dúfam, že sa to do budúcna zlepší a budem to môcť ohodniť 10. V BA som veľmi často, veľmi veľa cestujem, dokonca som tu istý čas žil, takže rád si to v budúcnosti overím. Neexistuje, že sa na takýchto veciach bude šetriť !!!

Positive: Lokalita bola super vsetko po ruke 🙂 Negative: Pokazené žalúzie, riad bol dosť špinavý matrace nekvalitné. A jeden paplón som musela dokonca hľadať ten bol špinavý a zapachal veľkosťou nebol ako sme mali obliečky. Pre dalsiu osobou to malo byt nachystané si myslim a obliečka natiahnutá inak všetko fajn hlavne lokalita🙂

Bratysława tak, River view modern mezzaine studio NIE Positive: Lokalizacja apartamentu Negative: Kontakt z obsługą utrudniony. Jedynie SMS lub WhatsApp. W części mieszkania, na antresoli nie było światła. Dwukrotna interwencja u obslugi ( słabo mówiący po angielsku człowiek na WhatsApp) nie przyniosła ŻADNEGO rezultatu. Nikt nam nie pomógł, na antresoli nie było światła górnego. Apartament ponadto byl brudny. Wyjebiemy z szuflady niż ze śladami masła. No i TV nie działało

Pekný byt s nezodpovedným ubytovateľom Positive: Lokalita, v ktorej je ubytovanie. Byt sa nachádza v Eurovei, blízko je nové SND, SNG, zastávky MHD, reštaurácie, kaviarne, pekná prechádzka po nábreží Dunaja. Negative: Keď sa prišli ubytovať, v kúpeľni ešte boli rozložené čistiace prostriedky a handry, akoby niekto prestal upratovať uprostred práce a nedokončil to. Vo vybavení sa uvádza, že v byte je žehlička, na ktorú sme sa spoliehali, pretože sme šli do divadla, ale žiadna tam nebola. Ubytovateľ, ktorého sme kontaktovali nám prisľúbil, že to preverí, ale už sa neozval. Bola to pre nás veľmi nepríjemná situácia, museli sme improvizovať, aby sme večer nešli vykrčení.. Podlaha dlho nevidela mop, všade bol prach. V kuchyni chýbali kuchynské utierky a hubky na umývanie riadu. Pri vstupe do bytu necítiť vôňu, ale taký zvláštny puch, ako keď vojdete do starého domu, ktorý dlho nebol vyvetraný. Často sa ubytuvávame na cestách v súkromí, ale toto bolo niečo, čo sme ešte nezažili. Síce sme videli, že hodnotenie nie je nad 9, ale nikdy sme sa nestretli s tým, aby si niekto bral za ubytovanie peniaze a zároveň, neboli splnené základné veci, ako je napr. poriadok. Ten byt je naozaj strategicky umiestnený výborne, je pekný a nemôže za to, kto sa oň stará. Na mieste ubytovateľa by som sa nad tým zamyslela. Hostia nie sú len cash do vrecka, zaslúžia si, aby sa za ich peniaze poskytovala aj adekvátna služba.

Mal som pekný víkend ale nebolo to vďaka tomuto apartmanu. Positive: Velmi sa mi páčil výhľad z okna a pôdorys apartmánu Negative: Majiteľ používa tento apartmán ako akýsi osobný sklad, všade sú zbytočne kusy nábytku a skrine sú plne spotrebičov a všelijakých zbytočností. Nefungovali svetla a riady boli špinavé.

Negative: Тот еще квест найти квартиру . Было б хорошо , если скидывали прям видео как найти ее. Но 15 мин бегания вокруг здания , я нашла вход . Дальше было все легко.

Ev sahibi çok iyi, her konuda yardımcıydı fakat telefonda oda hazır diye konuşurken aslında evin temizlenmediğini, çarşafların değişmediğini ve banyonun her yerinde saç kılı olduğunu gördük. Eşyaları eve bırakıp dışarı çıktığımızda odanın temizleneceğini söylendi. Kısacası hazır denilen odamız aslında kir içinde ve hazır değildi. Yine de ev sahibinin yardımları ve desteği için teşekkür ederiz.

Negative: Nomu nodrošina kompānija, kam šis ir tikai viens no īpašumiem, līdz ar to pieredze viduvēja, piem., atsūta, ka x numuriņš būs, bet tad izrādās, ka tomēr cits. Autostāvvieta ir jāpiesaka vismaz dienu iepriekš, citādi jārēķinās ar aptuveni papildus 30 EUR/dienā. Kopumā arī īpašums nav pārāk uzturēts, piem., nedeg vairākas lampas un līdz ar to vakaros stipri krēsla, neiet arī tv un internets (vismaz ne tā, ka ieslēdz un darbojas ar pirmo).

Moderno loft e confortevole Positive: Posizione ottimale davanti al Danubio, vicino al centro storico e davanti al centro commerciale eurovea. Negative: Buona cucina a induzione ma mancano piatti e accessori da cucina

Negative: Prístup na ubytovanie bol ťažký, pretože chceli komunikovať s nami v angličtine a sme na Slovensku, kde sme si toto ubytovanie rezervovali a bola ťažká komunikácia ako sa máme dostať na naše ubytovanie. A zároveň čo sa týka vybavenia v kuchyni, tak chýbali príbory a ostatné kuchynské pomôcky, s ktorými by sme si vedeli navariť. Nebolo popratané, pavučina bola všade a zlé postele na spanie.

Modern, Cozy and Well Located Apartment overlooking Danube River / Eurovea Shopping Mall Positive: Location and Modern Setting. Lovely and Modern Apartment overlooking Danube River. Many Restaurants and Bar available close by for enjoyment. Negative: One and only Face Towel with holes !! Please put more face towels and check out that they are not with holes on them. Please Specify as well that City Taxes are aside the Total Bill, so it is possible to leave Cash on site once you leave the apartment. It is a minor inconvenience but it would be nice that you know it and plan ahead either paying in cash or adding it to the Total Amount of your stay. Regarding the Apartment some extra lighting would be apreciated because at night, beside the living area, the bedroom area is very little lighted.

Прекрасний вид, шикарна локація, співвідношення ціни і якості перфектне! Positive: На набережній Братислави двоповерхові апартаменти із захопливим панорамним краєвидом — це справді те місце, де хочеться залишатися довше. Вікна відкривають шикарний вид на місто та річку, особливо красивий у вечірній час. Взагалі все відповідає згідно фото. Господарі одразу надавали відповідь по запиту( через смс).

Το εμπορικό κεντρο απλα υπέροχο . Εξαιρετική σύνδεση με ΜΜΜ Negative: Δεν μου άρεσε τη απρόσωπη επαφη με τον ιδιοκτήτη. Επίσης υπήρχε μια σημαντική ασάφεια σε σχέση με το μικροτσιπ που ανοίγε την εξώπορτα. Δεν ηταν ξεκάθαρο οτι το μπρελόκ είχε ενσωματωμένο πάνω του το μικροτσιπ. Τα έπιπλα ηταν φθαρμενα και παλιά. Η καθαριότητα ηταν πρόχειρη. Ζήτησα ευγενικά δυο φορές λόγω θέματος υγείας (αλλεργικο ασθμα σε σκονη ) να ειναι καθαρό το δωμάτιο και ενώ με διαβεβαιώσαν οτι ολα θα ειναι σύμφωνα με τα προβλεπόμενα τελικα η σκόνη ηταν το κατι αλλο...

Positive: Great location, seamless check-in and check-out, apartment is well equipped. Communication with the host ok, gave me some good advice for parking. Negative: Some of the furniture is little warn-off. While bed, bathroom and kitchen were clean, I was disappointed with the cleanness of wardrobes and cabinets.

Preis Leistung war gut Positive: Gute Lage an der Donau, etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Altstadtkern ist in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Negative: Check in war nicht ideal. Sollte den Host bei Ankunft anrufen, konnte ihn erst nicht erreichen. Nach circa 30 Minuten hat es dann geklappt. Zudem gab es durch die automatischen KI Antworten Missverständnisse im Vorfeld.

Rýchla komunikácia s vlastníkom Negative: Na komunikáciu sa využíva aj AI, čo nedáva vždy presné odpovede. Komunikácia bola aj v slovenčine aj angličtine. Nebolo jasne určené č. bytu v ktorom sa apartmán nachádza. Vybavenie kuchyne bolo celkom OK, ale pohár na víno alebo miska boli iba 1 ks. Vhodné skontrolovať a doplniť. Kanvicu treba odvápniť a ku kávovaru neboli kapsule. Čistota nebola 100% - napr. na oknách pod žalúziami bol prach a pavučiny. Sedačka v obývačke je ošúchaná Fotky pre rezervácii vyzerajú luxusne, ale realita tomu nezodpovedá

Nach den der Zustand des ersten Appartements inakzeptabel war, wurde mir ein anderes angeboten. Das war ebenfalls desast Negative: In der Unterkunft angekommen, habe ich erfahren, dass es nicht, wie vereinbart, einen Chip für die Eingangstüre zum Haus gibt. Weil alle Chips verloren wurden. Ein Fenster war kaputt und offen und konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Also würde es in der Nacht laut und kalt werden. Mir wurde darauf hin ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Das war schmutzig, die Handtücher waren schmutzig, ebenfalls ein Fenster konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Daraufhin wurde mir schriftlich über WhatsApp die Komplette Refundierung angeboten. Als ich es über booking beantragt habe, wurde sie abgelehnt.

El acceso a el apartamento y el tener que estar llamando a un telefono para abrir la puerta de el portal, esto no se menciona al hacer la reserva del alojamiento y nos transmitio intranquilidad , decepcion y perdida de tiempo. Estamos de vacaciones y no es agradable el tener que pasar este trance , ni nuestra obigacion el ir descubriendo este tipo de cosas.

You may not get in Positive: Great location and interesting modern design Negative: It was almost impossible to get in the main door of the building. We followed exactly the instructions that the owner had provided, which included phoning a number which should have provided us with a code for access, but that didn't work. We tried phoning the owner but in response we got a message directing us to correspond with an AI bot. The AI correspondence was a complete waste of time (about an hour while we were at the front door) and eventually a resident who was leaving the building let us in. We were then able to get the key for the flat itself which was inside the building. The flat itself could be lovely, but it needs curtains or a blind for the very large window, the sofa is in tatters, and there is a shortage of glasses and other items.

Good view. Very bad service, dirty, broken windows and old mold food in microwave. NOT RECOMMENDED!! Positive: The location of these apartments is really great. Being on the embankment you have not only a beautiful view of the river but also many excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Negative: The only plus of these apartments was the location. It started with the manager sending wrong check-in instructions. The note said the front door would open after calling a certain number. I couldn’t get through, neither from my foreign nor a local phone. Through the booking chat, the manager told me to dial 413 and press “call.” I lived in 414, which seemed odd, but he insisted. As expected, it didn’t work, and I only got inside because someone was leaving. The place looked okay at first — some dirt, a cobweb — nothing terrible. Going out later, I tried the method again — still useless. I told the manager I’d be back late and didn’t want to be stuck outside (about 6 p.m). He said they were “urgently solving the problem.” Hours later, the same answer. At 1 a.m., staying under the rain, I decided to try dialing 414 — and it worked. I entered wet and furious. Next day, I found broken window handles, one window didn’t close at all. And then the cherry on the cake. In the microwave — a “gift” from the owner: old spaghetti covered in thick mold. It wasn't that I lost my appetite,the previous food almost came out of me. And the mold wasn't a day old, but at least a month old. That’s when I understood the cleaning standards here. NOT recommended!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Wer einen tollen kurzen Aufenthalt in Bratislava sucht oder ein paar Nächte für einen Städtetrip bleiben möchte, ist das Positive: ALLES. Die Lage, das Apartment, die Ausstattung… es war der absolute Wahnsinn. Die Kommunikation war super. Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit dem Parkplatz war es der schönste Aufenthalt unserer fünf Städte Reise. Würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Negative: Es war alles Perfekt. Kleinere Reparaturarbeiten sollten gemacht werden, aber absolut nichts, worüber man meckern kann.

weekend in Bratislava Positive: Місце розташування та абсолютна тиша у помешканні, незважаючи на близькість до ресторанів та кафе, великий торговий центр в кілька кроків від житла, вид із вікна, піша доступність до багатьох визначних місць Negative: На поличках, на ніжках стільців, на бильці двоспального ліжка пил, килим в плямах, диван на першому поверсі подряпаний і лущиться, все це чіпляється до тіла, верхня частина вікна відсутні жалюзі, що дуже незручно, оскільки вже о півп'ятої ранку сонце б'є в очі заважаючи спати, у ванній душова лійка протікає з усіх боків, на підлозі волосся, миючі засоби не поповнюються, подушки зі збитим в комки наповнювачем, простирадло застелено навиворіт, холодильник не надто чистий, розбитий світильник, посуду багато але він з ознаками нагару і дуууже довгого користування, у ліжка на другому ярусі ознаки пропалу дерев'яних боковин цигарками. Рушники тільки по одному на людину, один загальний для ніг в душовій і один під раковиною. Ціна завищена.

Perfect stay in the heart of Bratislava. Positive: The location is very nice, modern, clean and nice apartment. Equipment for cooking, desk for working are there. Negative: Communicating to the owner was very smooth. Her response was very quick and helpful.

Positive: Výborná lokalita, mezonetový apartmán je veľmi dobre riešený. Napriek tomu, že je apartmán na 1.poschodí, hluk z vonkajších priestorov nie je počuť. Negative: Chcelo by to trošku viac upratať, utriet prach, doplniť poháre a kuchynské utierky.

Comfortable house like feeling Positive: The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. It’s very spacious, modern and has all amenities needed. The check-in was very simple and the host was very kind to let me check-out a bit later. Negative: Nothing to complain about.

Positive: The appartment is in an excellent location, very clean and corresponds exactly to how it is presented. There were some problems with the code to enter the building but I think it can happen. The staff was quick and friendly in solving it. Negative: Improving a few small details could make your stay in the flat even better. For example, I would better fix the kitchen sink, the bathroom door handle and pay attention to the shower by changing the shower head.

Не опускать планку. Positive: Очень уютные и стильные апарты. Снимал для своей Мамы, она была просто в восторге! Наверное лучше я еще не снимал! Отличное местоположение, 50 метров до берега Дуная, огромный торговый центр с прекрасным супермаркетом, кафе, рестораны, до центра 20 мин. Огромное окно 3 на 7 метров из которого бомбический вид делало наш день с утра и до позднего вечера. Максимально комфортные апартаменты, все необходимое для проживания. Очень позитивная служба ресепшен, готовая пойти на встречу, любая проблема и запрос решался моментально. Always - no problem! Negative: К сожалению не работала кофе машина. Но это так, мелочи жизни.

Positive: The place was located in a nice area. The facilties what you needed for a short stay was there. The view to the Danube was the best part. Close to shopping center. Easy access to surroundind area and restaurants. Negative: The cleanliness. Bathroom floor had hair. The sheets the blankets were dirty with spots on it, the banket and sheet inside of it was twisted. Hard to fix it. The shampoo was almost empty. One window could not be closed perfectly, the curtains/shutters were not working. I would suggest to take care of the cleanliness. and hygiene. Also advisable to change the locker box with key inside at the door. Every time trying to put the key in next to that huge device is difficult. The sheet, bedroom cleanliness was the negative point.

Myself and husband have just returned from a relaxing holiday in Bratislava, would recommend. Positive: Lovely apt by the river with plenty of bars and shops nearby. Only a 10 minute walk into the old town.

Trotzdem schönen Aufenthalt gehabt Positive: Es liegt sehr zentral gelegen. Direkt an der Donau und zur Mall. Die Stadt ist 10 min Fußweg entfernt. Die Lage war top! Negative: Leider war das Apartment nicht ganz so sauber. An manchen Stellen war es sehr verstaubt und das Geschirr hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Nicht empfehlenswert Positive: Hochwertige Ausstattung Negative: Schmutzige Küche/ Bad…nicht gesäubert nach den Gästen davor. Obwohl für 4 Personen gebucht, nur ein Bett für zwei gemacht. Sofa schmutzig/ mit Flecken. Handtücher nur für 2. Preis Leistungsverhältnis schlecht. Unfreundlich am Telefon. Nach Beschwerde schriftlich bestätigt, dass 50% erstattet wird, leider nur anteilig ausbezahlt.

apartment with amazing view of the Danube river Positive: the location of the apartment is just amazing, is directly in the Eurovea shopping mall, the entrance is from the danube side. Best way to reach the apartment is to enter Eurovea, find Starbucks, and come out from Sturbucks to the Danube river side, turn to the right, and there it is. I red some comments here about how terrificly hard is to get in, well, thats simply not true, Just read the instructions, and there you go. Aside of that the owner is super helpful all the time. The apartment is also having a very well equipped kitchen, loots of storage place, and a very very comfy bed, and the view is just heartwarming. Negative: there are some old stains on the sofa and the barchairs, everything is clean, just those stains are seen as they are on a white fabric

Positive: Location (access to morning coffee and shopping, that apartment is in the mall (the other side of the mall) . The apartment is very, very spacious , I like the size. Tow levels , huge window I love it. Negative: Noise from air conditioning and restoration under me. BTW there is no river view , or just a glimpse , due to restaurants blocking the view , this was not a problem for me, just a warning for others who is looking for a view. Other than that non disadvantages , was almost perfect apparment. 👌 .good value for money. And I managed to cope with the air conditioning noise. Will return

Positive: Location, 15 ish minute walk from the boat jetty and far part of old town. Its above a mall with many restaurants and its new and stylish. Its also the same side of town for the.bus terminal, which is in the basement of a mall...not a negative on the property, but be careful of the google.map location, the door to the building was 100 m away on the river side of mall Negative: A little warm if you want to enjoy the view, not sweating warm, but not chilly for those that like that. The size of the lock on the.room door can make it difficult to git in...could just be me, but took me a few minutes a couple time...the light.goes off so you have to walk back the the lift.

Positive: Location Apartment was right next to shopping mall Eurovea 10min walk to old town. Negative: Day before check in received not very nice message from host saying it is not hotel read instructions carefully before calling , there are two flats next to each to other and was send door codes to both of them with saying I should double check which flat I rented.I think the host should know this things and double check himself.And would be nice it was left instructions how to use oven and air conditioning.

Perfect location and helpful host. Positive: The host was very positive and helpful as well as the support staff who maintains the apartment. The location is excellent with a proximity to shopping mall and to a supermarket and riverbank with lot of restaurants and coffees. It is new building.

Positive: The location by the river is great even though it puts you a bit of a distance from transportation options. The space is huge. Going from dorm room hotels across Europe to a split level apartment was a treat and a half Negative: The checkout time is a little early

Určite odporúčame :) Positive: Lokalita bola luxusná, hneď pri Dunaji s krásnym výhľadom a nad terasami reštaurácií (no bez hluku) s chutným jedlom za ceny primerané centru hlavného mesta. Ubytovanie bolo krásne, čisté, zariadené a nič nám tam nechýbalo. Komunikácia bola taktiež bezproblémová.

Positive: Bezpośrenio z widokiem na rzekę (apartament Optimus). Wyposażenie zgadza się z opisem. Wyjście bezpośrednio na promenadę z restauracjami nad rzeką. Spacer nad rzeką do centrum i rynku 15-20 minut. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bez problemów, w razie potrzeby właściciel szybko odpowiada. Parking bezpośrednio obok obiektu w centrum handlowym Eurovea. (Najbliżej z poziomu -2 kolor pomarańczowy i windą na 0) Negative: Przydałaby się informacja o zasadach naliczania opłat parkingowych. Eurovea nalicza opłatę za każdą godzinę (nie ma stawki za dzień). Parking "osobny Pristav" oddalony o ok 400m nalicza €35 za dzień. W Eurovei można stanąć na 3 godziny bezpłatnie. Najlepiej w tym czasie się zameldować i poszukać innego parkingu.

An amazing jewel of an accommodation on the bank of the Danube Positive: Fascinating luxurious little duplex apartment on the bank of the Danube. Amazingly equipped kitchen with high-end gadgets. High-end furniture and furnishings. There was not a thing that went wanting! They had me at the lint-roller 😉 - yes.. even THAT was there. A wonderful host who ensured they stayed in contact. It was lovely, clean, superb and the location was the cherry on the cake. Negative: Absolutely nothing! Simply perfect.

Veľmi príjemné ubytovanie Positive: Krásny priestranný apartmán so skvelým výhľadom. Máte všade blízko. Vybavená kuchyňa. Veľmi ochotný majiteľ. Negative: Neboli nedostatky.

Positive: Limpieza, comodidad, servicios y ubicación muy buenos. El apartamento es mucho mas grande de lo que parece en las fotos. Tiene encanto, está al lado de un centro comercial y del Danubio, zona de marcha y paseo por el río muy buena. Negative: Me costó dar con las llaves, que estaban en una caja enganchada al lado del río, llegué de noche y no se veían. También había demasiada luz por la mañána, si te molesta la luz hay que llevar un antifaz. La televisión estaba mal configurada, ni canales ni internet ni nada, espero que lo hayan arreglado.

Positive: Ubytovanie bolo super až na prístup k ubytovaniu, ktorý bol pre mňa zložitý. A nikto okolo nevedel, kde sa to nachádza.

Idealni poměr cena/vykon, skvela lokalita. Positive: Po počátečních zmatcích ohledně nedoručených instrukcí ohledně přístupu, vse bylo naprosto v poradku. Apartmán je na skvělém místě a plně vybaveny. Negative: Jedine co chybělo je rychlovarna konvice.
