Ad says Parking. parking garage. HOwever there is no free parking. 3 hours free in shopping centre the €3.5 per hour. Cheaper on street but there is no parking with this apartment. OVer priced at £121 per night. Communications was all automated and no info on parking until we called the contact. Apartment Not well maintained at all. Shabby repairs to the bed. Dirty drawers, smelly towels, broken and tatty chair on balcony. No dishwasher table or t towel for drying. Curtains hanging off rails.

Positive: Eine tolle Unterkunft, modern, zentral (direkt beim Shoppingcenter), sauber etc. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, das Shoppingcenter Eurovea befindet sich direkt im Nebengebäude und bietet eine grosse Vielfalt an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zudem giebt es einige Kaffees und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür. Das Zentrum von Bratislava ist zu Fuss ca. 10-15 Minuten erreibar. Die Unterkunft war sauber und bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Donau. Zudem befindet sich eine Küche, Waschmaschine, zwei Toiletten, ein Schlafzimmer und zwei Zustellbetten. Wir haben beim Vermieter einen Privatparkplatz in der Garage gemietet, dies hat alles reibungslos geklappt und ein direkter Zugang zur 4. Etage gibt es auch. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese wieder buchen.

Prečítajte si všetky recenzie! Aby ste si spravili ucelený pohľad na tento apartmán. Positive: Dlho som premýšľala či napísať svoju recenziu, ale musím sa vyjadriť :( Lokalita je skvelá. Chcela som si "zaziť bývať" v Eurovei. Ale... (pokračovanie nižšie). Negative: Byt má veľký potenciál, super poloha aj veľkosť. Ale v tak zanedbanom byte som asi nikdy nebola. Cena mi prišla drahá na to čo som dostala a ako som sa tam cítila. Bola som tam dve noci. Hej, prežiť sa to dalo, ale keď niekto podniká s prenájmom apartmánu, mal by sa o to vedieť aj starať. Nedostatky opisovali aj iný hostia a majiteľ ich neodstránil ani za dva roky. Upratovanie bolo veľmi povrchné, nedostali sme ani utierky na riad, doska na krájanie chleba tiež chýbala. Nábytok by si zaslúžil vymeniť. Ak náhodou niečo majiteľ konečne "majstrovsky" zrenovoval, bolo to prekrytie, zalepenie a podobné majstrovské počiny. Nechce tam zrejme vôbec investovať. Nechápem. Je to veľká škoda.

Skvelá lokalita, prekvapivo nízka cena, ústretový a sympatický majiteľ Positive: Veľmi útulný apartmán, všetko je prispôsobené na maximálny komfort, najlepšie ubytovanie široko ďaleko. Skvelá lokalita – len kúsok od Dunaja, hneď vedľa veľkého obchodného centra so skvelými obchodmi, kaviarňami a reštauráciami. Obrovské mega panoramatické okno ponúkalo úžasný výhľad, ktorý nás tešil až do neskorého večera. Apartmán bol mimoriadne čistý a dokonale pripravený na pobyt, so všetkým potrebným pre pohodlné bývanie. Majitel vyriešil požiadavku na nealko okamžite. Dávam 11 bodov z desiatich! Negative: Že sa nedalo ostať aj dlhšie, bolo to super ubytko. Nabudúce určite znova využijem 👌

The pipes in the bathroom and toilet are loose and work poorly. The couch is dirty and stained. The sheets are washed, but there are still visible stains on them. The room with the washing machine is filled with various items, making it impossible to move around in it. Since both my partner and I appreciate clean spaces, the dirtiness was quite disturbing to us.

Positive: Pán, čo nám odovzdával kľúče bol veľmi milý, ale sám povedal, že byt má už čo to za sebou a majiteľ doňho nechce viac investovať. Negative: Byt vôbec nezodpovedá fotografiám, a ako som si neskôr pozrel na iných recenziách, tie isté nedostatky sú tam už viac ako rok a nič sa s tým nerobí. Mali sme dostať flašu vína, aj tam bola v chladničke, ale bola vypitá. Na druhej strane v skrinke bola nedopitá flaša Ginu, prišlo mi to, ako keby tam niekto upratoval len veľmi povrchne. Chýbaju dvierka na skrinkách v kuchyni, gauč už niečo tiež zažil, v sprche sa nedá nadstaviť voda, lebo tam chýba knoflík. Nefunguje interkom, takže z bytu neviete otvorit dvere na prízemi. Lokalita je perfektná aj perfektný výhľad, ale to, v akom stave je byt, je hamba. Keď som zadával do vyhladávača ubytovanie, tak som zadal, aby bol s parkovaním, to bol, len som musel zaplatiť ďalších 40 EUR za parkovanie v EUROVEI, inak som si mal hladať parkovacie miesto na ulici. Posteľ v hlavnej spálni bola taká zničená, že to som ešte nevidel. Cítil som sa vlastne dosť podvedený. V hlavnej spálni niesú klučky na veľkých sklenených dverách na terasu, tak sme si nemohli ani vyvetrať. Pre ludí, čo spávaju aj v zime pri otvorenej vetračke to bolo strašné. No proste nikdy viac, v tejto lokalite určite ano, ale v tomto byte určite nie. Prepáčte pán Šamudovsky. Ale inak som nemohol.

Not good Positive: Nice view Negative: Really dirty, zero attention paid to cleanliness and I think this place is a cash grab for tourists. Pity I can't post all the pics as Booking.com seem to have a limit. The sofa was covered in dog hairs, used sheets in the cupboard, fridge was dirty and smelled. Cigarette flower pot wasn't emptied and "stains" on the sofa. I've been using Booking.com for 10 years and never posted a negative review but this place is disgusting. I complained to booking.com and they refunded me £126 straight away. Then i got an email from the owner saying it wasn't fair i'd not contacted him and that they had taken his money. Up to you but I personally wouldn't book here.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay of an entire week, combining work and leisure. I highly recommend this property for its excellent location and breathtaking view. The house is incredibly cozy, with fast internet, making it perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The host was extremely helpful and responsive through messages. However, I noticed a few details regarding cleanliness that could use more attention. The kitchen cabinets appeared to be unclean, and the oven and coffee machine were quite neglected and dirty. Although we wanted to use them, we decided not to because of this. Additionally, when I moved the sofa to retrieve a coin that fell, I found some spiders and leftover snacks underneath. While these issues didn’t significantly affect our stay, addressing them would greatly enhance the overall experience. This is such a beautiful house, and with these small improvements, it could be truly perfect.

The apartment is super quiet and spacious. Positive: The apartment has a great view of the Danube River and the iconic UFO Bridge, including parks and paths filled with pedestrians and cyclists. The apartment is part of urban development area that includes shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The area features a mix of contemporary architecture, green spaces, and proximity to the riverbank, providing scenic views. The nearby Slovak National Theatre and the well-known Eurovea shopping center are also highlights of the area! It’s around 17mins to Bratislava airport, which is pretty handy ;) The apartment is super quiet and spacious. Getting to the Old Town center of Bratislava from this place is quite convenient and typically takes about 10 to 20 minutes. If you prefer walking it takes around 20 minutes to the Old Town, by taxi 5-10 mins depending on traffic. Just a good advice - It’s cheap to use Bolt as transfer, very popular. You can download the app, very easy to use, similar to Uber. Overall, it was a good choice!

DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Positive: The location and the view is the ONLY thing good about the apartment. Negative: This was the dirtiest place I have seen in my life. The kitchen cabinets were not cleaned from 2020, there were stains everywhere, a living bug inside, it was not even vacuumed, as there were hairs all over the bathroom, and crumbs everywhere on the floor. The freezer?! Oh my God, there was meat inside, the head of an animal or something, that was in the bag, but it wasn't closed properly, so when I went to get some ice, it was staring at me. Disgusting. The kitchen towel to clean the surface is so DIRTY, I didn't wanted to touch it. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty as well, come on people!! No dish soap, no paper towels, no cutting board, nothing... I wish booking can allow more photos to show the state of the whole apartment. The photos show only the kitchen as it was the WORST. The mouse was living on the balcony, we didn't wanted to be on the balcony when we saw it. They should be ashamed of themselves for not cleaning the place for their guests. The communication with the "owners" was horrible. As they are not owners and they are only managing the apartment, they think they can get away with it just because of the view of the apartment, but they will ruin this place. It's a DISASTER. I didn't know where to park my car but 1 hr before arrival and then they tell us we need to wait for the cleaning lady to finish "cleaning" even though they said we can check in a bit earlier, which I asked them on time. At one point they didn't respond to my messages on booking so I sent it on whassup and viber hoping they will respond, and his response was: who is this, what city, what apartment? This tells you they have no idea what is happening with the property as they are managing probably a bunch of them. They send a video of them driving in a car explaining how to reach the garage, but it was so unprofessional, they were talking and laughing, I didn't like their attitude at all. Felt uncomfortable.

Schöne moderne Wohnung mit einem Traumblick Positive: Schönes, modernes Hochhaus (5 Stockwerke) in einer sehr guten, ruhigen Lage an der Donau und sehr zentral. Der Vermieter war zuverlässig und war immer bemüht zu helfen. Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß, gut ausgestattet, mit moderner Küche. Angenehm war, dass es neben dem Bad noch eine separate Toilette gab. Ein Balkon mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Donau. Negative: Im Bad waren die Wasserhähne etwas abgenutzt. Und in der Wohnung einpaar Gebrauchspuren zu sehen. Trotzdem, die Wohnung war sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Positive: Ładny widok blisko bulwaru oraz galerii handlowej Negative: 1. Parking!!! Pomimo tego, że właściciel przesyła informacje odnośnie parkingu można się mocno pogubić. Początkowo trzeba zaparkować w galerii (dla przyszłych odwiedzający polecam poziom -2 blue znajduje się blisko wyjścia i apartamentu), po drugie z walizkami trzeba się przetoczyć przez galerię przejść jakieś 2 minuty przez bulwar, żeby znaleźć się w apartamencie. Parking bezpłatny w galerii przez 3h w dni powszednie, w niedzielę 5h, a po tym czasie 3,5euro za godzinę. Tańszy na ulicy ok. 10 minut drogi. Niestety ale tego typu apartament powinien mieć własny parking nawet za dodatkową opłatą!!! 2. Czystość zostawia wiele do życzenia. Brudna kuchenka, brud wokół zamrażalnika, zerwana zasłonka, brud pod łóżkiem, odpływ wanny pozostawia też też wiele do życzenia, a także zepsute niedomykaja się drzwi od toalety szczyt marzeń w apartamencie typu premium 👏 3. Bardzo miłe przywitania gościa: brak kawy, wody, za to "miły gest" ze strony gospodarza płatny minibarek 😉 lepiej niż w Sharatonie, który jest niedaleko apartamentu. Dobrze, że Hilton i Sharoton nie czerpią z was przykładu. "Podrzędny hotel" nie chce tu nikogo urazić, ale wita gości tak drogim trunkiem jakim jest woda w pokoju PS. Dziękuję za odpowiedź w sprawie żelazka, super szybka obsługa tak dalej trzymać o ile gospodarz zrozumie sarkazm.

Gorgeous view, stunning location, Positive: It was easy to find and access, amenities all within a 2 minute walk. The balcony, the view was stunning and the apartment was very spacious and clean. Space is important when you have a 3 year old. Great host who allowed a later check out. Great way to spend my 40th. Thank you very much. Negative: None

Good: Good location over the river, quiet at night, good AC. The apt needs a DEEP cleaning, esp. mold on tub, and we have shared our detailed feedback with the agency. They said they will take care of this. FYI: the shower diverter is broken and it will take some time to get the part replaced so you cannot shower standing up. Description needs clarification. Luxury = shopping mall only. 2 bedrooms = 1 BR + 2 twin cots in the living room that don't come with sheets or pillowcases. The "parking onsite" description is not true; we had to park/pay in an expensive underground structure that isn't associated with the rental. It's 4.50 euro/hr. Our 3 days = 155 euro extra. There is no explanation on how to find the apt because it's not accessible from the street (search for Wagamamas on the river) nor how/where to park in the maze of a shopping mall and then find it (even the Sheraton Hotel staff & mall security guard didn't know). Until there is a deep, deep cleaning, we cannot recommend staying at this property.

Super Wohnung mit Top Lage und freundlichem Vermieter. Positive: Sehr schönes Appartement mit absoluter Top-Lage! Der Vermieter ermöglichte es ohne Aufpreis zu viert statt zu dritt anzureisen und erst um 11:00 Uhr statt um 10:00 Uhr abzureisen. Einfach Super!

Fantastic location but a poorly maintained property Positive: Brilliant location with great views. This is such a fun part of Bratislava offering great waterside eating and easy access to the old town and river walks. Definitely stay in Eurovea. Unless you can get assurance that the issues identified below have been rectified, definitely choose another apartment. Negative: Where to start with this. We discovered on the evening of arrival that the valve controlling water flow to the overhead shower and bath did not work. This was fundamental as far as I am concerned. The property's solution was that we should use the hand shower to fill the bath and ... shower. Maybe in a studio costing £35 a night that might be acceptable to someone, but in a premium apartment it was not. In addition, one of the cupboard doors fell off when opened, the freezer was frozen solid and unusable, the curtains in the living area are hanging off the rails, the electrical supply to the towel radiator was hanging out of the wall and with all windows and doors shut and the air-conditioning set to 22 degrees (27 outside), we had water coming though the ceiling from the evaporative outflow. There were 2 coat hangers in the apartment - neither was in the main wardrobe. Cleaning was superficial. a lot of dust and dirt in corners. A lot of clutter and broken stuff in the storage room. There was not even dish cloth or basic cleaning materials. No washing up liquid. It would take so little to make this perfect. It is just neglected and poorly maintained. We reached out to the property and booking.com for support and were told (by the property) that they would resolve immediately. Needless to say they did not. They made a desultory offer of a 10% refund by way of compensation, which has been rejected. Booking.com has not responded to messages to its customer services team in 5 days. 2 calls today have been dropped. Poor service there also. All in all, very disappointing. We will be back in Bratislava (visiting family) in the future and will stay in Eurovea ... just not with this property and likely with Airbnb next time. I suggest that anyone looking at this review does the same. Have a look at the pictures. Incidentally, the cleaner who came as we were leaving thanked us for leaving the apartment so clean and tidy.

Für 2 Nächte okay, wenn man seine Ansprüche nach unten schraubt. Die Lage ist jedoch perfekt! Positive: Besonders hat uns die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung gefallen. Negative: Leider einiges... wir fanden im Bett, Bad und am Boden Haare. Auf der Couch waren Brösel und unter den Couchpolstern anderer Dreck und die Couch selbst stinkt! Der Aschenbecher am Balkon war voll, was für Nichtraucher nicht sehr angenehm ist. Der Polster im Bett war quasi nicht vorhanden. Es ist eine abgenutzte Dekopolsterfüllung, die Matratzen waren okay. Die Handtücher waren sehr kratzig und haben auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Teilweise löchrig und haben ebenfalls nicht gut gerochen. Die Hygiene der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig. Unter tags riecht man in der gesamten Wohnung den Küchengeruch von den Restaurants im EG, dürfte an der Lüftung liegen.

Loved the location, the bed could be better and it could be sightly guest-friendlier Positive: I loved the location, really close by the water. The appartment was very spacious and nicely designed. Negative: The interior could use some polishing. The side of the bed started peeling off, scratched on the wall paper, chips out of the kitchen counter. Nothing complementary, there was a mini bar but everything had to be paid for. The bed did not sleep well.

Amazing value for money!! Positive: The best river-view apartment and is very quiet. This apartment was ideally located in the center and within walking distance to the old town and just a short walk to many attractions, shops, restaurants, & the beautiful Christmas market. Positive: Krásny, čistý, priestranný byt rovno pri Dunaji s nádherným výhľadom z terasy na rieku a okolie - večer pri sviečkach, dobrom víne a ešte lepšej spoločkosti to musí byť na nezaplatenie... Negative: Že som ponúkané ubytovanie navštívil bez tých sviečok, vína a milej spoločnosti...

Positive: Oprvadu uchvatny apartman. Vyhled dokonaly, lokace taky. Negative: Takhle dobitej aparrman jsem jeste nevidel. Urvane dvirka skrinek v kuchyni, diry ve stenach, urvane baterie ve vane, nefunkcni odpad v koupelne.... asi proto ta nizsi cena.

Overall I was very happy, apart from the pillow issue Positive: Excellent location and bigger than it looks in the photos. Negative: The only thing that was a let down were the pillows on the bed. These were very substandard, to the point of not even being pillow shaped. I even looked at buying new ones at the mall but would not have been able to bring them home with me.

Positive: Krasny velky byt s uzasnym vyhladom. Komplet zariadeny aj na dlhsi pobyt. Vynikajuca poloha. Jednoduchy prichod aj odchod z ubytovania. Negative: Nenasiel som nic co by s nam neoacilo.

Positive: Accommodation close by city center, amazing view of the river and UFO tower. There are many shops, restaurants and cafés. The apartment is well soundproofed. The equipment and number of devices is above average and ideal for a longer vacation (washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). We definitely recommend a visit in summer, when you can enjoy the views and comfort from the private terrace. Negative: Some of the furniture has known the passing of time and many guests. The apartment could have been more tidy (oven and microwave cleaning, better washed dishes). Nevertheless, we rate the trip positively and would be happy to come again.

Perfect for a week-end stay with friends Positive: The riverside view is fantastic. Also worth to mention the close proxmity of a shopping mall and the pubs of various nature at the street level where everyone is able to find their preference, Negative: The property is still ranking very high but the sinks are draining with some difficulty. Also, we could not make the entrance intercom work and had run down to the main gate every time to let the other half of group in.
