Positive: Veľmi príjemná komunikácia s pánom majiteľom.

Ez a lakás ilyen formában nem családosoknak való, én a karbantartásra nagyobb hangsúlyt tennék. Positive: A berendezési megoldások ötletesek voltak, a zuhanyfülke, a nappaliban lévő pult. Negative: Második emeleten lévő lakáshoz csak "elméletben" volt lift. A szállásadó több alkalommal is jelezte, hogy a használata kényelmetlenséget okoz az ott lakóknak, így inkább meg sem próbáltuk. Több csap is törött volt vagy mozgott. Több lámpa nem működött. A fürdő ajtaját megrongálták. Internet az ígéret ellenére csak egy napig volt elérhető. Ez a mi családunknak létszükséglet. A klímát mi nem használtuk, arról nyilatkozni nem tudok. A szállás elhelyezkedését és a környéket a szállásadónak nem róhatom fel, mert én választottam, de legközelebb nem ide jönnék. Az early check-in szolgáltatás rugalmasan működött, a late check-out nem, a takarító a kifizetett idő előtt fél órával kitessékelt minket a lakásból.

Negative: Klimatyzacja działa ale nie chłodzi pomieszczenia, nie da się normalnie spać w takich warunkach. Jest odczuwalna tylko gdy siedzisz bezpośrednio pod klimatyzatorem, a akurat mamy upały. Warto dodać że klimatyzacja jest wymieniana jako jedne pierwsze z udogodnień i było naszym kryterium wyboru lokalu w związku z naszym pobytem w lato. Niesprawną klimatyzację zgłaszałem właścicielowi przez wiadomości w serwisie Booking. Skończyło się na zapewnieniu że rano przyjdą to sprawdzić, co nie nastąpiło. To nas bardzo zirytowało i sprawiło że automatycznie zaczęliśmy zwracać uwagę na inne, mniejsze mankamenty, a są to: - w łazience bateria umywalkowa jest urwana - nie trzyma się zlewu, to cud że leci z niej woda, - drzwi łazienkowe wyglądają jak po wojnie, - pralka nie płucze dobrze ubrań, - brak jedynej żarówki w żyrandolu w jednym z pomieszczeń, na tym samym żyrandolu zamiast żarówki są... powieszone lampki na baterie,... bez baterii, komedia, - pościel nie była przygotowana dla wszystkich z nas tylko dla niektórych, - przekazane.hasła do Wifi nie pasują (nie zgłaszałem już tego będąc zniechęcony po kontakcie w sprawie klimatyzacji), - duży brud na balkonach - pokazane na zdjęciach "tarasy" są mocno zaniedbane i wyglądają fatalnie, - Na zdjęciach lokal wygląda pięknie, w rzeczywistości jest dość mocno zaniedbany i zwyczajnie brudny. Właściwie to z wyposażenia które używaliśmy bez zarzutu działają zmywarka (bez soli i nabłyszczacza), czajnik i lodówka ;) Nie używaliśmy kuchni gazowej. I to wszystko za jedyne 404 EUR za 3 noce. Nie mam pojęcia skąd się biorą te wszystkie pozytywne opinie. --- The air conditioning works, but it doesn't cool the room, making it impossible to sleep properly in such conditions. It's only noticeable when sitting directly under the unit, and it's been a hot day. It's worth noting that air conditioning is listed as one of the first amenities and was a criterion for choosing the property for our summer stay.

Mai più Negative: Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato tante sorprese casa sporca, in condizioni pessime, asciugamani rotti pulizie non fatte e interno non era accogliente come presentata e per il prezzo pagato conveniva direttamente hotel ..... mancavano lampadine in camera, doccietta che perdeva acqua, dovevi chiamare per consegna chiavi quindi inutile dare codice della key box. Wi-Fi i non funzionante. Balcone meglio non uscire e poteva essere definita la casa dei ragni. Porta rotta e prese scoperte....... poi inutile presentare un appartamento per non fumatori quando il pianerottolo era pieno di cicche

Estancia en Bratislava Positive: Es atento el host y grande el espacio. Negative: No me gustó que tardaron en darme el código de acceso al candado con las llaves, y cuando ya era hora que indicaba para hacer el check in, no estaba listo, aún seguía sucio. Además, no tuve internet en todo el día.

Pessim Negative: Allotjament estava brut, els esteis de cuina bruts, els calaixos i armaris amb deixalles d’altres hostes. La comunicacio amb el propietari pessima!arriba l’hora de poder accedir al allotjament i encara no t’han donat codig per recollir claus. El demanes molta estona abans i tot moment et diuen estamos comprobando cuando podamos le decimos algo… i no et responen ni et faciliten numero per recollir Claus. Ens va costar moltissim poder tenir-les.

Nice apartment in good location for visiting main sites Positive: The property is nice and close to train/tram/bus and it’s close enough to walk to town. Lovely and warm. Negative: The kitchen equipment was limited and the beds were not set up also tv did not have Netflix or many channels.

Gran apartamento, la luz en el pasillo le daría el 100 Positive: La ubicación, el baño muy espacioso y las fotos reflejan perfectamente cómo es. Negative: La escasa iluminación en las gradas al subir al segundo piso.

Der perfekte Ort, um Bratislava mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erkunden. Positive: Der Kontakt wegen der Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und das Bad und die Dusche waren riesig. Wir lernten die Lage der Wohnung mit jedem Tag mehr zu schätzen. Denn durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof konnten wir mit Bus und Bahn alles sehr gut und sehr schnell erreichen. Zum Frühstück waren wir jeden Tag im Punch gewesen - das perfekte Frühstück, um in den Tag in Bratislava zu starten. Zum Abendbrot waren wir jeden Tag im Café Restaurant Michaela gewesen. Beides hatte uns auf Anhieb gut gefallen, so dass wir nichts anderes ausprobiert hatten, obwohl es weitere Cafés und Restaurants fussläufig gab.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage Positive: Tolle Lage, große Wohnung. Negative: Schlüsselübergabe umständlich. Teilweise nicht so sauber, Bettwäsche nicht ausreichend. Ein bißchen mehr Pflege, kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten sowie bessere Infos und die Wohnung wäre TOP!

Positive: The location to the train station. The size of the apartment and the modern facilities. Negative: The entrance hall and stairs/lift were very dated and didn’t reflect the beautiful property.

Unsafe, dingy, disgusting hole Negative: Check in was chaotic - was told the location of a key box, but no code. Had to call several times before anyone answered, then was told the address, but not what floor, or which side of the building (which has 2 seperate staircase). . We arrived in the evening, and had to use our phones as lights to get up the stairwell, as there were no lights beyond the first floor. It's a concrete building in poor condition in a pretty edgy area, so was a scary experience. When we eventually got into the apartment after another phonecall (thankfully answered this time), the place was disgusting. There was a horrible, musty smell throughout the place, the bedrooms were grim, the light switch in the main bedroom was broken, and there were some battery fairy lights hanging from the light fitting instead. The sofa in the living area was dirty and old (and I think that was some of the source of the smell). None of us wanted to sit on the horrible sofa, or be in the place at all, so we left immediately and booked into a hotel. This place is charging hotel prices for a dingy hole, and shouldn't be allowed on booking.com. We are a family of experienced travellers, who are also fortunate enough to be able to say "let's just get out of here and lose the cash", which saved our experience in Bratislava. If I were a solo traveller who couldn't afford to go somewhere else, that would have been a very different story, as I would have been spending some very unsafe and unhealthy times here. I don't think I'll be using booking.com again, as there doesn't seem to be any regulation of listings.

Value for money, and central to main trainstation and old town. Positive: Very spacious, quiet street, fits well for Family. Luxury bathrooom. Tram stop nr.1 a minute away take you to old town in 5 minutes. Pizzeria in street level.

Positive: Gute Lage, großzügig, 2 Balkone Negative: Nicht besonders sauber, im Kühlschrank war eine undefinierbare rosa Flüssigkeit. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr rudimentär und nicht besonders appetitlich. Kommunikation ausschließlich über einen KI-Bot einfach nur unterirdisch. Schlüsselübergabe umständlich (man muss anrufen, um den Code für die Keybox zu erhalten). Keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden.

Positive: apartment rooms were a decent size. had a washing machine which was very useful. price was good. Negative: 1. check in on website was noted as 2pm, email day before said 2pm, but then got another email that said 3pm. when i questioned this I was told there would be an extra charge to check in at 2pm, otherwise we would have to wait until 3. told them they needed to change their info on booking.com - they haven't. 2. you are emailed complicated instructions for picking keys up from a separate building around the corner. told to ring them when you get there to get a code to go into their building to then open a lockbox for keys. when we arrived they didn't give us code though and brought keys out to us. 3.Paris-Pressburg is not one apartment but 2, Paris a one bedroom and Pressburg a 2 bedroom. we had booked 2 bedroomed but on checkin they gave us keys for wrong apartment. on arrival we realised this and had to contact them again for correct keys. 4. once in correct apartment we found 2nd bed (sofa bed) was not made up although ready set up as a bed. there was a quilt and pillows in waredrobe but no covers or sheets. again contacted them and they had to deliver sheets, covers and morr towels as only towels for 2 people there. 5. many things stated as being available were not. most didn't matter (coffee machine etc) but Iron was missing and we wanted that as had arranged apartment with washing machine so we could do laundry. messaged via booking.com and they promised to bring one. despite numerous messages to them and them keep promising one would be delivered, then said one had been delivered, in 3 days one never appeared. 6. balconies are made to look bigger on photos than they are. could just get Airer on balcony but could not really sit out there. pictures show outside garden area but door to gardens locked. 7. location is very near train station but a good walk to most restaurants and old town (25 mins). Italian it states is near is take away only. 8.

Positive: Location, bathroom and natural light.. Negative: They didn't give us towels even if we kindly asked for that when we arrived and noticed the lack of them. Also there were still the dirty towels from previous guests. The flat was not well cleaned. The photos are not 100% accurate because the sofa is very old and with spots.

Aceptable Positive: Las camas cómodas, el apartamento es amplio. El aseo está muy bien. El apartamento está bien aislado por lo que no se escuchaban ruidos externos. Relativamente cerca del centro. Ascensor Pre-vintage. Negative: El apartamento se anunciaba con TV, no había, preguntamos y no hubo respuesta, el frigorífico a pesar de que bajamos la potencia congelaba la comida. En la misma puerta de entrada al apartamento habían armarios abandonados en el rellano de la escalera que dificultaban la entrada por la puerta al apartamento, nadie los quitó en los cinco días que hemos estado. A la llegada la llave se debía de recoger en el interior un hotel donde había una cajetín para la misma, mandamos un mensaje pero no se contestaba por lo que no se nos daba el código de entrada al hotel, nos dejo pasar un usuario del hotel, a los 20 minutos más o menos nos contestó una chica que bajo del hotel y nos dio la llave y nos acompañó al apartamento. El suelo del apartamento debería de estar más limpio. Por lo visto las contestaciones de los mensajes a través de Booking las hacía una IA, parece que así lo tiene programado el usuario, por lo que la comunicación con el arrendador es bastante mejorable. El resto bien.

Ubytování hezké, ale špatná komunikace s majitelem Positive: Apartmán je velmi hezky zařízený. Vše vypadá nově. Dobrá wifi. V okolí parkování za poplatek. Negative: Apartmán nebyl připravený, i když jsme přijeli až večer. Nikdo nám nedal dopředu vědět, že je nějaký problém. Je opravdu nepříjemné, když odemknete dveře a vevnitř najdete cizí lidi.

Positive: Very close to train station. A few metres away from many transports, for the center or the Bratislava castle and the transport museum that was included to the city card. The apartment is very warm even if outside it was very cold. The bed comfortable. Ivo, very communicated person. Negative: The block of flats is old, the elevator strange, so it's hard to combine to the rules of the apartment, otherwise we would make a lot of noise. The entrance till the apartment also has a bad, strong smell, but when you enter it is o.k. We needed second pillows for our sleep but we didn't get them. Anything else we asked we got it

Positive: Доволни сме от домакина, апартамента (бяхме в Пресбург), местоположението и съотношението цена-качество. Бихме посетили отново и бихме препоръчали на приятели. Negative: Препоръка за по-читави възглавници (за нас наличните бяха много малки и ниски) и да се отпуши канала в банята.

A great and helpful host! Positive: We liked the apartment as the beds were comfortable and clean, and the host was extremely helpful regarding explanations and recommendations for parking and any information we required. Unfortunately, the apartment's water pipes burst during our stay, so we had to shower in cold water. But the host helped us move to a new apartment the next day with no additional charges. Negative: We did not particularly love the area surrounding the apartment and the lift felt a bit dodgy to use. We did not, upon arrival, have toilet paper and extra sheets ready for the 2nd bedroom.

Positive: Lovely apartment, very clean, well located for the station and all trams and buses. Host was very friendly, let us store luggage early whilst being cleaned from previous guests as we had early flight arrival. Very easy check in and great communication from host. We chose this apartment at last minute as our original booking suddenly asked for added extra cash deposits and unnecessary personal details which was not made clear on booking, I'm very pleased we changed our minds and chose this apartment, it was perfect! Had a brilliant time in Bratislava, the cakes, wine and coffee did not disappoint us. This is our 3rd visit to Slovakia (Košice and Poprad) and I can definitely recommend it to British tourists, so many beautiful buildings, lovely friendly people, so much history, the Tatra Mountains are amazing, so close to Vienna and Budapest for day trips but Bratislava itself did not disappoint, tried the 100 minutes to taste 72 wines in the Slovak National Collection of wines as we heard about this on a podcast, it was brilliant! Will be coming back for sure as we still have so much more to explore in this lovely city. Negative: Nothing.

Estancia muy placentera, 9/10 Positive: La insonorización: no se oía ningún ruido fuera del edificio. La calefacción: muy buen sistema de aclimatación del lugar. La equipación de la cocina. La amplitud de la ducha. Negative: Probablemente fue por el idioma... pero no pudimos disfrutar de la televisión. La contraseña de la Wifi no coincide con la que aporta el dueño; sino que se corresponde con la que aparece en el router de detrás de la televisión. Además, como pequeño detalle, el dueño pide que hagamos poco ruido después de las 22h, pero los vecinos de arriba están hasta más tarde de esa hora haciendo ruido.

Positive: Mieszkanie na 2. piętrze, bardzo przestronne, dwie oddzielne sypialnie, łazienka, aneks kuchenny z wygodnym miejscem do wspólnego spożywania posiłków, pokój dzienny i 2 balkony (mieszkanie narożne, dwustronne). Cicha, spokojna okolica, ok. 15 min. pieszo do historycznego centrum Bratysławy. W mieszkaniu wszystko, co potrzeba. W tej samej kamienicy włoska pizzeria z naprawdę pyszną i niedrogą pizzą na wynos. Problemem w całym mieście jest wysoka cena za parkowanie samochodu - najtaniej 1,50 euro za godzinę (8-24). Trzeba zapłacić na początku parkowania, deklarując czas postoju -max 48h, ewentualnie potem przedłużyć. Gospodarze życzliwi, napisali, gdzie najtaniej parkować (my pod samym balkonem na ul. Holkovej, kod do strefy 1114, można płacić kartą). Bezproblemowy odbiór i zwrot kluczy do mieszkania (skrytka w narożnym oknie w tym samym bloku, ale od ul. Žabotowej). Warto najpierw zaparkować auto, potem odebrać klucze. Gospodarze przysyłali szczegółowe instrukcje. Polecamy ten obiekt. Atrakcją jest winda z lat 70-tych XX w.

Close to train station and a decent sized apartment. Comfortable. Positive: It’s a nice apartment with plenty of room. comfortable. Easy walk to and from the station. Negative: Not sure it was vacuumed before we arrived and the dishwasher was still full. Minor issues really, but they tend to lead to other issues. We had issues with the shower drain - it was fixed that very day.

Positive: The manager is willing to help. Negative: The key box is somewhere not so close to the apartment, you have to think and walk for awhile to figure the quiz out. The housekeeping needs more work. When we arrive, the living room looked apparently not being cleaned and garbage was not collected. The bath flooded and we had to stop taking shower to wipe the overflow water. It's really ridiculous.

Para pasar unos días estupendos y cómodos en la capital eslovaca. Positive: La ubicación y el tamaño del apartamento. Tenía todo lo necesario en la cocina y el baño. Muy limpio y confortable. Hay aparcamiento en al puerta, y la estación de tren está a cinco minutos. Muy luminoso y con un balcón muy agradable para desayunar o relajarte mirando al exterior. Negative: La cama plegable es bastante incómoda.

Positive: Really nice apartment, really appreciated all the little local maps etc dotted about. Very comfy and homely. Really enjoyed the very old lift in the building. Way bigger than I expected. Negative: Little bit hard to find the right entrance to use, but easy enough from there.
