Positive: Before my stay, I read some negative reviews about this apartment and I was a bit concerned. However, my experience was very different. The apartment was in much better condition than described. It was spacious, comfortable, and suitable for a longer stay. For the price I paid, I understand that I cannot expect 5-star hotel services, but I feel that I received exactly what I paid for. The location is very convenient, especially because it is close to the main train station and has good access to the city centre. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, I think the apartment offers good value for money, and based on my stay, the negative review does not fully reflect the current condition of the property.

Negative: Нам был дан неправильный код доступа в апартаменты и мы долго не могли попасть в жилье. Когда нам наконец дали правильный код, и мы вошли, был ужасный запах старого жилья, который частично исчез, после того, как я 2 часа убирала эту грязную квартиру. В шкафу были грязные кастрюли и на тарелке заплесневевшая еда, которая в основном и распространяла этот запах. Было много шкафов, на они все были забиты старыми подушками и одеялами, которые тоже плохо пахнут и все в пятнах. Вещи положить было некуда. В некоторых шкафах была какая то старая техника, всё засыпано мусором. Интернета не было, что было самое ужасное, так как мы работаем онлайн. Хозяин по телефону посоветовал перезагрузить роутер и когда я сказала, что все равно ничего не работает, исчез и больше на связь не выходил. Был очень тусклый свет в квартире, так как было всего по одной лампочке под потолком. Из порванных подушек сыпался поролон.

The bathroom light didn’t work, and the glass wall faced directly into the building’s lobby. Even worse, the shower was awkwardly placed in the kitchen with transparent glass, which was just bizarre and uncomfortable. One of the two double beds wasn’t even made—I had to dig through the closet for sheets, the ones i found were torn apart, where were some old dirty towels. The internet was useless (connected without internet), no hairdryer as listed, and the whole place smelled like mold. I messaged the owner—no reply. I had to call and write again, still no help at all. Completely unprofessional and not worth the money.

Positive: Really close to the main train station The apartment was near our attractaction There were 1 king and queen size beds so if you are coming as a family or group there will be enough room for everyone. The host is friendly and will help you with all the questions you have. Negative: The king bed is two separate mattresses and it has another one on top which is not comfortable, i found myself in the mornings sanked into the bed and had really back and neck pain. The apartment and everything inside is old and hasn't been innovated in a long time. The shower head is small and had better days ( i suggest changing it)

Well located, but the need to check a lot of services. Positive: The accommodation is well-located you can walk to the main train station, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The host was kind and polite. Negative: I asked to check- in early, when I arrived to the apartment was dirty, untidy and it smelled bad. I sent a message but the host didn´t reply and I needed to go out, the cleaning lady arrived late. Furthermore, the laundry machine didn´t work and my clothes were stuck for 24 hours, I reported the issue to the host but he didn´t reply quickly. He told me that he sent two people to fix the problem but they didn´t. Then I solved the problem by draining the machine. I think that they should renew a lot of things in the apartment. Also I found very uncomfortable the shower.

The host Ivo made my whole stay enjoyable! Positive: Location was good, easy to access to the public transportations. The apartment was spacious and got everything you needed. The host Ivo was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t enjoy my stay that much without his prompt assistance. Negative: There are not many sockets in the bedroom and living room. The couch in the living room may need extra TLC. I was afraid of making its current condition worse.

Positive: Great location. You can reach the train station in 3 minutes on foot. You can go to the Old Town in 10 minutes. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and markets within 3 minutes. We had a great time with our 7-year-old son. There are plenty of beds in the house. The heating system works very well. The kitchen equipment is complete. A very comfortable house.

Positive: ✅ Cerca del tren. ✅ Cocina y lavadora (nunca nos dieron instrucciones para usarlas pero como viajeros frecuentes sabemos usar distintos tipos de estufas, hornos y lavadoras). 🟰El espacio es grande. Cabrían hasta 6 personas sin problema. PERO la ubicación de la ducha y el baño habían imposible la privacidad y convivencia de cada una de las personas del grupo. Negative: ❌ El baño esta dentro de la cocina. ❌ La ducha (adentro de la cocina tambien) no tiene privacidad. ❌ No había jabón para lavar. ❌ La cafetera estaba asquerosamente sucia. ❌ El horno microondas estaba conectado a un multitoma que se conectaba a si mismo, y por tanto nos tardo un poco poderlo usar. ❌ Las luces tenían temporizador y se apagaban. El anfitrión nunca hizo mención de como dejar las luces en modo normal. Varias veces tuvimos que levantarnos a apagarlas. Muy incomodo. ❌ El piso estaba sucio. Las canecas de basura también muy sucias. ❌ El sofa de la sala estaba sucio. ❌ El televisor se apagaba solo, de repente. ❌ Nuestro apartamento tenia la ventana sobre la cual habían instalado las cerraduras de otros apartamentos por lo que cada vez que llegaba o se iba un cliente, lo escuchábamos. ❌ El radiador era de gas, por lo que secaba todo el entorno y producía un olor a quemado. La primera noche no pudimos dormir. Solicitamos reembolso para conseguir otro sitio pero nadie nos respondió. ❌ No había ni agua, ni aceite, ni cafe. Elementos básicos en un apartamento. ❌ La cama no era cómoda por que consistía en dos colchones que no estaba alineados a la misma altura. Había otra cama al lado, pero se veía poco higiénica. La usamos para poner nuestras maletas.

Positive: Leider, hat uns die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht zugesagt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist miserabel. Es antwortete ein Bot und auf dringliche Fragen, gab es erst gar keine Antwort. Negative: Es ist viel zu teuer, für das, was einem geboten wird. Wir sind ziemlich enttäuscht und es war das Geld nicht wert, was es gekostet hat.

Riad bol dostatočný. Kuchyňa vybavená. Práčku a mikrovlnku sme nepoužili, neviem sa k nim vyjadriť Negative: Zariadenie bolo staršie, čo by nebol ani taký problém, až na starší zápach. Možno by bolo vhodné niektoré zariadenie vymeniť. Sprcha by mohla byť čistejšie udržiavaná. Z vnútra sa dvere nedali zamknúť. Bola som sama s dcérou a poslednú noc nás vyrušoval hluk na chodbe - nepôsobilo to veľmi bezpečne. V lampe nebola žiarovka. Chýbala nočná lampa.

Wasser wird richtig gut heiss. Druck/ Wassertemperatur der Dusche gut. Kein Teppich vorhanden, daher soweit wie die restliche Ausstattung es zuließ einigermaßen hygienisch. Negative: Einrichtung unschön. Dusche in der Küche gegenüber der Eingangstür. Wohnung dunkel,. Gardinen unangenehm. Hausflur riecht modrig. Schlüssel Safes für mehrere Wohnungen sind am Schlafzimmerfenstet angebracht. Nachts um 2.30 Uhr holte jemand den Schlüssel. Gefühlt am eigenen Kopfkissen ab. Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Die Wohnung ist lieblos und verwohnt. Einrichtung z.b Schuhregal Schrott. Kostengünstig. Jedoch würde mit zwei Stunden Arbeit (ausmisten, streichen, sortieren) Preis- Leistung in ein besseres Verhältnis gebracht. Schade.

Fajn ubytovani kousek od nádraží. Positive: Všechno v pořádku, kousek od vlakového nádraží, do centra jsme jezdili tramvají. Byt čistý, standardně vybaven, postele pohodlné, večer klid. Určitě doporučuji. Negative: Maličkosti, které by šly opravit za pár peněz - sprchová hlavice stříkala všude možně, delší závěs mezi kuchyní a sprchovým koutem by byl lepší, zlomený botník.

Good place if you are staying in Bratislava! Very cozy with friends and close to town. Positive: It was nice having our own place with a fridge and a roomy living room. Nice apartment and a comfortable location Positive: The location is very comfortable, there are a lot of buses, trains and a train station to get anywhere. It’s also 15 minutes from centre by foot. The apartment is big and has everything a person needs, even some food and basic things like salt, tea, oil. Beds and towels are very comfortable. Negative: The shower was quite small and we needed to wait till water goes. Also other people came during night to open/close cases on the window, and because this window is for one of the rooms, it was very loud - like someone is breaking the window case inside your room. But we understand that now it is impossible to rebuild.

Great Positive: It was very spacious, large bedroom and lounge area, comfortable bed, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking your own meals, we could easily walk everywhere, 5 min walk to train station, great value for money, it was clean and the self check in was easy. Negative: The shower was in the kitchen, not great for privacy. Cupboards in bedroom weren’t very useable to store your things. Ground level apartment so unable to leave blinds open without people seeing in.
